LDC designed and ran the development of Old Fort Bay Club for its owners, the New Providence Development Company (NPDC).<\/p>\n<p>Mr Mortimer was identified by Mr Lindroth as the ideal person to build Old Fort Bay Club because of his talent and experience and background in accounting, food and beverage. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I believe that one of the pluses that I brought to the table was that I was able to develop the Club into an operation that matches the lustre of the environment, and critical to that was putting together the right team.
