He stands accused of abusing his trust.<\/p>\n<p>During the brief court proceeding yesterday, it was decided that the bishop would appear before Magistrate Marilyn Meeres on July 17 for the start of his trial.<\/p>\n<p>Bishop Fraser had the option of having his case heard in the Supreme Court or the Magistrate court, which he chose.<\/p>\n<p>A summary trail means that the case will be heard and decided in the Magistrate\uff92s court.
