URCA\u2019s director of policy and regulation Stephen Bereaux said that the regulator had received a number of complaints regarding BTC\u2019s service. Bereaux noted that the complaints were backed up by evidence provided by the operator: \u2018They provide certain statistics to us. It\u2019s not as much information as we feel is necessary\u2026.but there has been a detected decrease in quality of service\u2026 in the statistics they have provided.\u2019\u00a0 Bereaux added that BTC has been cooperating with URCA on the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst BTC advised customers that there would be disruptions to service during its network upgrade \u2013 which saw the cellco roll out HSDPA services across the archipelago \u2013 it had expected that the problems would last only until the end of September, though glitches have persisted.
