With the intent to crack down on illegal charter operators, the Flight Standards Inspectorate issued a September listing of authorised charter companies, otherwise known as aircraft operators certificate (AOC) holders.<\/p>\n
“Please ensure that before you board an aircraft for the purpose of travelling away for the holiday or for business that you consider using the service of an authorised air charter operator,” stated the notice from the Flight Standard Inspectorate.<\/p>\n
