The ship is a Panamanian-flagged vessel named Eugenia &#8211; owned by Swiss-based Mediterranean Shipping Co.<\/p>\n<p>Ray Darville, owner of Overseas Marine Group Ltd. expressed displeasure at the Bahamas government&#8217;s handling of the environmental issue.
