Minnis questioned why the case was dropped.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would have been concerned with why Damian Gomez, who is minister of state for legal affairs, who I would think would be acting attorney general, why he didn\u2019t sign,\u201d Minnis said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd this was a case that was represented by the attorney general initially and now came up.
