She says he had an initial court hearing Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Morris is the administrator of a Bahamas-based investment company linked to the alleged fraud.<\/p>\n<p>Arthur Porter is another Bahamas resident who is wanted in the Canadian fraud case.
