A witness identified Raphael Neymour as the man who shot and killed a nightclub security guard nearly three years ago.<\/p>\n
Neymour, nicknamed “Mad”, is on trial for the August 30, 2007 murder of Cocktails and Dreams security guard Huel Charles Ferguson.<\/p>\n
Ferguson’s co-worker, Jason Romer, testified that a tall, dark skinned man in a white T-shirt and blue jeans with his hair cornrowed back, pulled up to the club’s entrance around 1 a.m. in a white van.<\/p>\n
Romer said he attended an identification parade the following day and picked out a man who was dressed like the man who killed his boss.<\/p>\n
In response to questions from defense lawyer Wayne Munroe, Romer agreed that the man whom he selected was the only person on the line-up who wore a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
