{"id":358,"date":"2010-08-03T13:40:28","date_gmt":"2010-08-03T17:40:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/?p=358"},"modified":"2010-08-03T13:41:28","modified_gmt":"2010-08-03T17:41:28","slug":"sandyport-boardwalk-collapses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2010\/08\/sandyport-boardwalk-collapses","title":{"rendered":"Persons Injured After Sandyport Boardwalk Collapses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Around 2:00 pm on Saturday 31st July, 2010 police received information that the boardwalk at the Beach Club Caf\u00e9, Sandy Port had collapsed.\u00a0 Police along with officers from the police fire services and EMS personnel responded and discovered the boardwalk in the waters at Sandy Port.\u00a0 It is reported that family and friends were at the location following a funeral ceremony when the incident occurred.\u00a0 It is reported that persons were rescued by bystanders, including Jet Ski operators.
