Prosecutors alleged that Perry Rolle shot Harold Louis during a dispute on January 26, 2007.<\/p>\n<p>The court heard Rolle and Louis got into an argument over access to his child. Rolle has a child Louis&#8217;s sister.<\/p>\n<p>Rolle went to a house at Wilson Street to get his child. Louis refused to let the child leavee with Rolle based on his sister&#8217;s instructions. After a heated argument, Rolle left the house, the court heard.<\/p>\n<p>He later returned with a gun and shot Louis in the thigh.<\/p>\n<p>Rolle&#8217;s lawyer, Walden Rain, suggested that one of Louis&#8217;s friends shot him by accidents.<\/p>\n<p>Although Rolle did not offer a defense at his trial, he offered a denial during an interview with police.<\/p>\n<p>Inspector Will Hart said he interview Rolle on February 11, 2007.
