He was previously the Head of Caribbean and Central America for Ericsson, the telecom network supplier.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Rice, Chief Executive of Cable &amp; Wireless Communications, LIME\u2019s parent company, commented:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m pleased to announce Martin Roos will be taking on leadership of the LIME business.
