Alpin Russell, Jr, 63, of Sapphire Ridge and his son, Alpin Russell III, 36, of Hampshire Street, were charged with stealing over $100,000 from a client.<\/p>\n
The father and son duo was accused of stealing by reason of servcie from Amanda McKenzie bewteen Juine, 2006 and August, 2008.<\/p>\n
The Russells were arriagned before Magistrate Guillimina Archer.<\/p>\n
They were not required to enter a plea. A preliminary inquiry will be held to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial in the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
