{"id":5113,"date":"2010-12-13T09:51:14","date_gmt":"2010-12-13T14:51:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/?p=5113"},"modified":"2010-12-13T09:51:14","modified_gmt":"2010-12-13T14:51:14","slug":"three-armed-robberies-in-nassau-on-saturday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2010\/12\/three-armed-robberies-in-nassau-on-saturday","title":{"rendered":"Three Armed Robberies in Nassau on Saturday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three busineses were robbed by armed bandits over the weekend as crime continues to spiral out of control in Nassau, Bahamas.<\/p>\n<p>Police report that Keith&#8217;s Chicken Shack, VIP Chinese Express Restaurant and D&amp;C Convenience Store were all robbed Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Keith&#8217;s Chicken Shack in Fleming Street was the first business to be robbed at around 2:15am on Saturday, police said.<\/p>\n<p>A man wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans, masking his face with a scarf and armed with a high-powered weapon, robbed the chicken shack of an undetermined amount of cash before fleeing on foot in an easterly direction on Fleming Street.<\/p>\n<p>Later, on Saturday evening, around 6:30pm, an armed robber burst into VIP Chinese Express Restaurant on East Street at Cordeaux Avenue and demanded cash.<\/p>\n<p>The culprit was wearing a plaid shirt and blue jeans and had a white tam on his head.
