Brennan in the Bahamas. The question now is, how do they get the money?<\/p>\n<p>Brennan, 66, formerly of Brielle, is a well-known figure at the Shore. He was released from prison Jan. 7 after serving nine years for bankruptcy fraud and money laundering. The prison term capped a long-standing cat-and-mouse game with both state and federal regulators who accused him of defrauding investors \u2014 first with First Jersey Securities Inc., and then with Hibbard Brown &amp; Co.
