For the first time \u00adlegislation has been  drafted to create a \u00adperpetual entity to carry out executive \u00adfunctions,  while at the same time giving the \u00adofficers of the entity limited  liability.<\/p>\n<p>The concept was developed while reviewing a client\u2019s trust structure.<\/p>\n<p>The legislation is now before the Bahamas parliament.
