{"id":8230,"date":"2011-05-03T08:23:11","date_gmt":"2011-05-03T12:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/?p=8230"},"modified":"2011-05-03T08:23:11","modified_gmt":"2011-05-03T12:23:11","slug":"uae-and-bahamas-forge-diplomatic-relations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2011\/05\/uae-and-bahamas-forge-diplomatic-relations","title":{"rendered":"UAE and Bahamas Forge Diplomatic Relations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The United Arab Emirates and the Commonwealth of the  Bahamas have issued a joint statement on formal diplomatic relations  between the two countries at ambassadors level in accordance with the  provisions of the 1961 UN Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.<\/p>\n<p>Ambassador  Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman, UAE&#8217;s permanent representative to the  United Nations and Ambassador Paulette A.
