But a $2,000 donation buys naming rights, a satellite tag and the opportunity to track a shark in real time on the Internet for up to a year.<\/p>\n<p>The year-old program has tracked 20 bull, hammerhead and tiger sharks in the waters off the Florida Keys, South Florida and the Bahamas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shark &#8216;adoptions&#8217; are bringing in funding for marine research programs at the University of Miami.
