Completing the court were second runner up Amanda  McIntosh and first runner up Raquel Oliver.<\/p>\n<p>The new Miss Grand Bahama&#8217;s platform is to help young girls with  their development by mentoring them. She said, &#8220;it is important to help  young girls achieve their goals.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Stuart was indeed a popular contestant, winning the Miss Friendship,  Miss Popularity and Top Model awards.
