Coralwave Mail Server Blacklisted

Numerous Bahamians have emailed Bahamas B2B to inform us that they are receiving bounced notices when they try to send email outside The Bahamas.

An investigation revealed that the Coralwave mail server at IP address: 24.244.175.138 was recently blocked by several large Internet carriers due to spam and email abuse from the poorly managed Coralwave mail servers.

The Coralwave servers were recently listed on the infamous SpamCop blacklist, which many ISPs and websites use to ban abusive traffic.

At least two of Coralwave’s mail servers were listed on the notorious IP blacklist.

It also appears that Cable Bahamas may have violated Internet protocol by not having a functional email for abuse complaints. All of the addresses listed in the WhoIs registry were apparently unreachable by SpamCop.

So far, both ATT and Comcast have returned mail from Bahamians using the Coralwave mail service.

Below is a recent listing as it appeared on the SpamCop website.
