Take 5′ In 2005 With JetBlue

JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq:JBLU) today announced a jump-start on 2005 with its “Take 5” fare sale, putting select routes on sale at fares starting between $35 and $115 each way when booked at www.jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE.

From New York’s JFK, JetBlue is offering sale fares to Florida, starting from $55 each way to Orlando and Tampa and from $65 each way to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers and West Palm Beach. Fort Lauderdale is also available from $65 each way from New York’s LaGuardia airport. From JFK to the west starting from $85 each way to Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Oakland, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Sacramento, CA, San Jose, CA and Seattle, WA and from $95 each way to Long Beach, CA, Ontario, CA, Salt Lake City, UT and San Diego, CA. From JFK to the Caribbean, JetBlue’s sale fares start from $75 each way to San Juan and Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and to Santiago and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and from $95 each way to Nassau, The Bahamas.

From Boston, MA, sale fares to Florida cities start at $55 each way; to Orlando and Tampa, from $65 each way, to Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers, and to Denver, CO, Long Beach and Oakland, CA from just $85 each way.

From Washington, DC/Dulles, sale fares to Fort Lauderdale start at $55 each way and to Oakland and Sacramento, CA from just $85 each way, and Long Beach, CA, from $95 each way.

From Upstate New York and Burlington, VT, sale fares to Florida start at just $65 each way.

“We’re starting the New Year a few days early with great low fares to every JetBlue destination,” said David Neeleman, JetBlue’s Chairman and CEO. “2005 marks our fifth anniversary of service, so we’re inviting customers to date to ‘Take 5’ for great fares for the new year.”

All sale fares require a 5-day advance purchase, and must be bought at www.jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE by January 18, 2005. Travel at the sale fares to Florida cities must be completed between January 3 and February 15, 2005. All other travel must be completed between January 3 and May 25, 2005. Customers should book early as seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.


Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NY; Burlington, VT to Nassau, Bahamas for only $105 each way. Or, New York/JFK to Nassau, Bahamas for only $95 each way.
