A motorist leapt more than 70 feet from one of the Paradise Island bridges into the sea yesterday after being involved in a traffic accident.
The man survived the fall and was dragged from the water by ferry boat operators. He is currently recovering in hospital.
The bizarre incident happened in early morning traffic when a man driving a white Dodge Ram truck struck three vehicles on the bridge approaching Paradise Island, Police Superintendent Hulan Hanna said.
