An activist has urged Bahamians to recognise the extent of violence in the Bahamas in the wake of a murder Monday night.
Carlos Reid, director of Youth Against Violence, believes there will be no quick solution to violence until Bahamians become realistic in recognising the social dilemma facing the country.
“It’s time to get proactive on crime, we have too long been in denial,” Mr. Reid told The Tribune yesterday.
