Sherlin Rodriguez, the man accused of the November 2 murder of Rev. Dale hepburn, appeared in magistrate’s Court for the opening of the preliminary inquiry into the matter yesterday.
The 28-year-old had been arraigned before Magistrate Linda Virgill on November 5 and was charged with murder.
He was not required to enter a plea at the arraignment.
The police allege that Rodriguez intentionally caused the death of the 42-year-old SC McPherson teacher who was found by her neighbour lying in a pool of blood in her home. She had knife wounds to the neck and face.
