Leon Griffin, president of the Bahamas Taxicab Union said that Vice-President Cheryl Ferguson’s remarks earlier this week calling for his wife to help her oust him from the presidency were too underhanded and low for him to even respond.
The Tribune exclusively revealed a letter from Ms. Ferguson addressed to Social Services Minister Melanie Griffin, wife of Leon Griffin, asking her for help to tumble Mr. Griffin from the post of president of the union.
