During a short ceremony, Acting Prime Minister Cynthia Pratt signed a conveyance that transferred ownership of the Radisson Resort to the group which is undertaking a billion-dollar redevelopment of Cable Beach.
American Investor Phil Ruffin was also in attendance for the transfer of ownership of the Wyndham Nassau Resort and the Nassau Beach Hotel, which he reportedly sold the group for $150 million.
Minister Cynthia Pratt said the business arrangements and terms and conditions of the Baha Mar deal are clearly in the best economic interest of the Bahamian people.
