The future site of the newest ‘NYG�RD Building’ located at 1435 Broadway will house NYG�RD’s World Headquarters. Peter Nyg�rd’s vision is to design all six floors of the NYG�RD World Headquarters to meet the needs of all company objectives: the location will provide a dynamic workplace for NYG�RD associates, a world class state-of-the-art design centre providing a creative environment for our cutting edge designers – as well as spacious show rooms for customers to view the latest NYG�RD collections.
On Thursday, November 24th, Founder & Chairman, Peter Nyg�rd, will host a special ‘on-site’ viewing of the 79th Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade where customers, friends & other distinguished guests will enjoy a ‘Hard Hat Picnic’ as the parade passes the new World Headquarters.
Mr. Nygard, who lives in a multi-million dollar “tree-house” in Lyford Cay, Bahamas, is a generous sponsor of numerous civic events in the country, including the Bahamas Olympic Team. He is also involved in sponsoring and raising funds for the Bahamas Film Festival to be held December 8-11, 2005 at the fabulous Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island.
