Neil Ellis’s Cult May Be Sued

More bad news for religious con artist Randy Fraser. The PUNCH newspaper reports that the alleged pedophile may also be hit by a civil lawsuit in the case of the teen girl who has alleged that the pastor had unlawful sex with her when she was 16.

If the girl decides to file the civil lawsult against con man Fraser and his Pilgrim Temple cult for alleged assault and breach of trust, then top scam artist Neil Ellis’s Full Gospel Group of 30 cult locations will also be caught up in the legal action.

Rev Fraser and the Full Gospel cult could both be named in the civil lawsuit because Fraser is Full Gospel’s No.2 con man in The Bahamas.

The girl and her family are in talks with lawyer Wayne Munroe about the case. Munroe has reportedly advised them to file a civil lawsuit against Fraser, 45, and his Pilgrim cult, as well as the Full Gospel cult.

New Orleans-based Full Gospel is a scamming cult-like organisation with hundreds of locations world-wide, including US., Europe, England, Japan, Africa and Jamaica.

If the girl won her civil case against the Full Gospel cult, she could expect to be awarded big bucks in damages by a local judge.

The girl, now 17, is being treated by doctors. Rev Fraser has been accused of unlawful sex with the girl while she was in his care for counselling.

The girl has alleged in court that she and Fraser had sex 15 times, including five times in the main bedroom of his marital home. She said Fraser told her that his wife was away at the time of the sex romps. She alleged that she and Fraser had sex in his church office. ᅠShe claimed Fraser liked to “talk ᅠdirty” to her on the phone. She said Fraser refused to take her to the doctor for “an itching” on her privates. Instead, he bought her medicine from a drug store.

The case was adjourned until October. Rev Fraser is out on $10,000 bail. He was represented by allegedly corrupt lawyer Philip “Brave” Davis. Police Insp Bannister was the prosecutor.
