The second man sought in connection with an allegation of unnatural sexual intercourse with a 10-yearold boy is now in police custody.
According to Chief Supt Marvin Dames, the man was arrested Thursday night after fleeing the scene of the alleged act early Thursday morning. The other man was arrested at the scene.
The men, aged 22 and 23, were identified by a concerned citizen in the community, leading police to make the arrests.
“When the citizen actually got a really good look at what was going on… it wasn’t a good sight,” Mr Dames said.
“This incident is of great concern,” he continued. “One of the questions we have to ask is why would a 10-year-old boy be roaming the street around two or three in the morning? Where are the parents? He has a mother and a father,” Mr Dames said.
Police have yet to release the identities of the men who have been arrested.
