Tameko Bannister, also knows as Tameko McFarlean and Tameko Johnson, appeared in Court 5 on charges of fraudently receiving a total of $20,200.
Bannister allegedly received $2,100 from Jonathan Bethel on August 18; $2,500 from Handfred Rolle on August 29; $3,200 from Kennneth Burrows on August 31; and $12,400 from Ricardo Forbes.
He was granted $3,000 bail with one surety in the first three cases, and in the case of Ricardo Forbes he was granted $10,000 bail with one surety.
In other court matters:
* Obafemi Christopher Gibson, 24 and Ryan Durant Wong, 19, both of Butler Street, Nassau Village, were charged with two counts of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply and the cultivation of dangerous drugs.
It is alleged that Gibson and Wong were found cultivating a quantity of Indian hemp/marijuana. A bail hearing has been set for Thursday, September 14.
* John Kenny, 51, of Winchester Street was charged with two counts of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply.
Kenny was allegedly found with a quantity of Indian hemp/marijuana and cocaine on September 26.
He was ordered to pay a fine of $500 or spend six months in jail.
Kenny appeared in Court 8 before Magistrate Carolita Bethel.
* Dennis Pierre, 25, of Lilly of the Valley Corner was charged with causing grievous harm to Chapelle Rolle on August 31.
He pleaded not guilty and was granted $3,500 bail.
Pierre appeared in Court 10 and expected back in court on November 16.
