Family Fears Missing Boy Was Kidnapped

Marco Archer

The family of a missing 11-year-old boy pleaded for his safe return. His sister told The Nassau Guardian that she does not care how he is returned as long as he is alive.

Tanzia Humes said her little brother, Marco Archer, went missing between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. from the Brougham Street and Baillou Hill Road area last Friday.

The boy’s relatives said they fear he may have been picked up by a child molester.  They said they have been following leads and reporting them to police.

Humes said she and her family searched everywhere for Archer on Friday.  And when nothing turned up they called police to report him missing.

Police released a photo and description of Marco Sunday.  Their press release said he was last seen wearing a gray Bob Marley T-shirt and long, khaki pants.

Police are asking anyone with information on Marco’s whereabouts to contact them.
