Actor Johnny Depp has named a beach on his private island in the Bahamas after his girlfriend.
It puts every bloke who treated the other half to a Michael Buble CD, chocs or Ann Summers undercrackers even deeper in the doghouse.
But Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny made the ultimate romantic gesture to stunning actress Amber Heard for an even more gushing reason.
He made the sharp observation that a bay on his isle Little Hall’s Pond Cay resembles her HIP on the map — so he called it Amber’s Cove.
It beats writing your girl’s name in the sand in Skeggy with a filthy stick after you’ve brushed away the beer cans and turds.
A source said: “Johnny knows about romance after having been with French woman VANESSA PARADIS all those years.
“He is now spending time with Amber in the Bahamas and presented her with her own beach as a Christmas gift.”
It must take obsession with your girl to see her shape on a map — and Johnny’s gesture to Rum Diary co-star Amber is one a man could only make with total confidence.
