US judge James Moody could rule today whether the two new charges against Jamaican Reggae artiste Buju Banton will be dropped.
Banton also known as Mark Myrie, is facing four drug and cocaine charges in the United States.
The original charges were, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, and, possession of a firearm during the course of a drug trafficking crime.
However, after a hung jury in the trial late last year, two new charges were added.
