Time For a Closer Look at The Bahamian Judiciary

On March 21, 2011 I posted a blog on the circus at Harbour Island, which some call the court, which postpones case after case, adnauseum – one case from Spanish Wells has ben going on for three years. I was referring to a particular case which  has now been postponed last week for the sixth time. This is a case where fingerprints were admitted into evidence, the defendant has admitted guilt, had to be brought to court in chains because of other charges pending, yet it has been postponed again.
