The College of The Bahamas Writers of Light will present “My Lens – Our Story,” a photo documentary with over 90 images depicting themes of art, music, education, employment and “ghetto culture”.
The purpose of the exhibition planned for tomorrow is to create social awareness by using the efforts of practicing photojournalists at COB.
Since 2006, students of COB’s photojournalism class, led by Professor Hugo Zarate, have used the exhibit to showcase their final photography project of the semester. The class is in high demand from students enrolled in mass communication as well as students outside of the major.
