Bahamas On World Harmony Run Schedule

NASSAU, The Bahamas — Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture Charles Maynard poses with World Harmony Run representative Tilvila Hurwit and ministerial stakeholders, during a courtesy call to his Ministry, on April 3, 2012.

This will be the second consecutive time that the World Harmony Run will pass through The Bahamas.   The Run passes through 100 countries and six continents and starts in April in the United States, with the Bahamian leg of the Run slated for October.

According to Ms. Hurwit, the torch is a universal symbol of peace and harmony and the Run aims at encouraging oneness and harmony throughout the world, especially amongst children.
