The Department of Human Development, Education and Culture (DHDEC) is proud to announce the launch of www.educalum.org, “The Inter-American Network of OAS Scholars.” The new website is the home of the Organization of American States (OAS) Scholarship Alumni and Student Association, as part of the celebration of more than 50 years of OAS scholarships.
The DHDEC hopes that educalum.org will serve as a resource of experts in various fields for the OAS General Secretariat.
