No Defence For Attorney ‘Brave’ Davis

Having entered no defence to their legal action against him, Amir Weissfisch and his wife, Monica, want the Supreme Court to declare that Philip Davis has no right to the title documents to “Bacardi House”, their Lyford Cay home. They also want the court to order that the title deeds to the home be turned over to lawyer Henry Bostwick, QC, and that the cost of the action, including costs of the application be taxed and paid for by Mr Davis.

Mr Weissfisch is also suing Mr Davis for wrongfully claiming ownership of shares in an international metals company, which he maintains he owns.

This blurb was printed in the Tribune, which also printed an extensive newspaper article on the matter but foolishly failed to publish it online.
