Ramblings of the PLP

With a general election only months away, the Progressive Liberal Party is doing what it seems to be good at – crumbling from within.

The recent leak of a letter allegedly sent to PLP Leader, Perry Christie, of the suggestions of three PLP stalwarts of certain people they feel should not be nominated for a PLP ticket in the upcoming general election, has sparked controversy, anger and squabbling among the official opposition.

Although the letter was not meant for public consumption, it was leaked to the Nassau Guardian, who broke the news of the suggestions made by the stalwarts of the PLP.

Needless to say the news has sent PLPs scrambling trying to confirm the information, followed by finger pointing and bickering among party supporters.

A classic case of PLP rambling, which has become almost a trademark over the years.
