JA Gives New Meaning to ‘Business Ethics’

“Focus on Ethics” is the headline of a press release distributed by Bahamas Information Service.

The release was accompanied by the photograph below and the following caption.  Many were surprised to see Franon Wilson in the photo.  Franon’s City Market antics have many people questioning his business ethics, or at least his business acumen.

Franon is the son of Franklyn Wilson, who has earned the nickname “snake”, some say because of his business style.

We question the wisdom behind Junior Achievement pointing to such characters as role models for young aspiring Bahamian business persons.
