Hundreds lined the streets of New Providence August 18 to see and touch the winners of the men’s 4 x 400 metres London Olympics gold medal during a Float Parade which started at the Thomas A. Robinson Stadium, on to Tonique Williams-Darling Highway, Blue Hill Road, Bay Street, Mackey Street, Wulff Road and ended at Junkanoo Beach, Long Wharf on West Bay Street, where a massive crowd gathered for an autograph session.
