Armed Robbery Sprees Leave Several Injured

Armed robbery sprees in Nassau left several people shot and stabbed on Thursday.

A 39-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen after being approached by a group of men on Haven Road off Soldier Road around 4pm.

Another man, 29-years old, was shot in the arm when he attempted to run from the robbers. The incident occurred along a track road near the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre in Oakes Field at about 9pm.

A 42-year-old man was assaulted and stabbed multiple times after attempting to fight off robbers on Balfour Avenue. He was walking around 9pm when he was approached by man and a woman, both armed with knives.

All victims were reported to be in stable condition.

The Asue Draw in Fox Dale Subdivision and Bernard Road was robbed by two armed masked men. Police are investigating all of these incidents.
