The Ministry of Public Works & Transport wishes to advise the motoring public that the Contractor plans to carry out installation and upgrade of the existing WSC service laterals on Market Street between Wulff Road and Andros Avenue commencing Friday, December 03 to Monday, December 06, 2010 Full closure on Market Street will be implemented while these works are taking place between 10pm – 5am.
Motorists are asked to observe traffic management signs in place and travel with caution while the work is being carried out. Detours will be clearly marked to allow for the safety of pedestrians and motorists.
The Ministry of Public Works & Transport takes this opportunity to thank the public for their continued support and patience during the construction period. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused by this closure and requests that the public use the alternate routes provided, using East Street onto Andros Ave. to Market Street.
