The Ministry of Public Works advises motorists of the following traffic diversions and road closures:
Motorists should note that the northern section of Abundant Life Road (near to Chelsea’s Choice) will be closed for one day only on Thursday, February 9th to facilitate laying of the final layer of asphalt. Motorists should use Old Trail Road or East Street as an alternative route.
Market Street from Brougham (Broom) Street to Duke Street is now closed to facilitate laying of water mains and drainage pipes. Motorists should use Baillou Hill Road or East Street as an alternative.
As usual, local access to businesses and residents will be granted in all areas of work.
Motorists are asked to adhere to the posted traffic signs in construction areas.
