What do James Bond, Tiger Woods and Lenny Kravitz have in common?
Why, the Bahamas, of course. The Caribbean tax haven, home to celebrity sportsmen, musicians such as Shania Twain and Shakira, and Scotland’s most famous export, Sir Sean Connery, has traditionally been seen as a playground for the wealthy.
But increasingly it is being talked about as an attractive investment opportunity. Eight hours from Heathrow, a second property in the Bahamas is not as handy as one in Salcombe, but the weather makes up for it.
