The World Series of Poker is now in the books with Jonathan Tamayo claiming poker’s biggest title, but more bracelet chasing is on the horizon. Series officials announced the return of the WSOP Paradise with the action set for Dec. 6-19 at Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas.

Through a partnership with GGPoker, the series will feature the largest guarantee in live poker tournament history. The “reimagined” festival will feature the most comprehensive set of high roller and super high roller tournaments ever offered, according to series officials.

A full schedule will be released at a later date, with buy-ins ranging from $2,500 to $1 million.

“The action we saw during the WSOP summer series is a testament to the health of poker, particularly for high-roller tournaments,” WSOP Senior Vice President and Executive Director Ty Stewart said. “Last year was no one-time gimmick. We’re thrilled GGPoker has reaffirmed their commitment to building WSOP Paradise through the biggest guarantee in poker history.”
