Miss Universe Contestants Arrive in The Bahamas

It was a busy weekend at the international airport in Nassau, Bahamas, as the Miss Universe contestants started arriving from around the world.

The young woman will be touring The Bahamas, participating in civic and promotional activities and the television cameras will be rolling. Footage taken over the next few weeks will be edited into the live broadcast.

The 58th Miss Universe beauty pageant takes place on August 23, 2009 in Nassau, Bahamas, airing live in the US on NBC Television.
